We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Shipping Policy

Once the item(s) our out of our hands and in the post office system, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All Tracking is emailed over to you. Please watch the tracking and be aware when your package will arrive. If a package gets sent back to us there will be an additional shipping charge. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Time depends on items. For personalized Easter items I do ask for 46 hours depending on timed ordered. During the busy holiday season, I try my best to guarantee that your orders will arrive on time, but due to the high volume of orders and unexpected circumstances that I cannot always control there may be a slight delay in the delivery/shipment of your order.

All our handmade items take time to make. NOT ONE will look exactly the same. Shipping time depends on what items you ordered. Example: tumblers take long.

Combine Shipping

Please know this is subject to change. As of right now yes. As long as you have have at least 4 orders within a 90 day period & there has been no issues. Please know I do have a right to refuse combine orders. Not all orders can be combined.

Are done through website ONLY.

For custom orders a link will be emailed to you.

You can pay using paypal and/ or credit card.

Terms of Service

After orders are made I am not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders as I immediately begin working on them. NOTE: Art Mind and Design reserves the right to refund and cancel your order at its discretion should the customer be rude and uncooperative throughout the process. Thank you for understanding.
